Today I finally assembled my 100 day project into a book, I stitched it by hand and made a cardboard cover. I wanted it ti be completely handmade so I decided not to get it professionally printed however I always have the option if I wanted to because I will be keeping the original copy. We also had a critique with the class, one by one everyone explained their projects and why they chose to do it? What medium they used? And if they enjoyed it or not. Ofcourse some people didn't complete their project which was a shamw because I think everyones ideas were very creative. At the end everyone chose my project as the best one so I was declared the winner. All the feedback from the peers was great because it was very positive, people pointed out that I should have used more colour but my arguement was that I chose one medium which was pencil, nevertheless a great project. I want to do something similar soon.

Self promotion

I have been abit laid back for the past week but I have been continuing doing little bits of research and planning on my projects. For my self promotion I have been planning on making a website where I can sell my artworks, like prints and paintings so I finally set up the website today. I used big cartel to make my online shop, I really like the simplicity if the website and colour themes; I also like the fact you can have a free package where you can upload 5 works and also upgrade to payed packages any time you wish. This is very useful because I can chose which package I want at what time. I have added some prints online as a start but will be working on some new works to put up.

100- day 100

Final day of this  project ending today when we traveling back to the UK. Paris trip has been amazing and I would love to go back, so much inspiration and stunning works. This is another quick one after the 12 hour journey from Paris.

100- day 99

The 3rd day in Paris was the most tiring and full on day, we firstly visited Musee du Louvrè where we seen the all famous Mona Lisa painting alongside other amazing traditional work, I also took a selfie with the Mona Lisa!!. We moved onto Notre Dame which is anoher famous tourist attraction in Paris. Then we visited the Pompidou Centre which had lots of contemporary artworks and the Jeff Koons exhibition,  I really enjoyed the works, they were stunning!. We also went to 2 photography galleries and unfortunately we didn't go to the Eiffel tower because the coach wasn't available this is what I was really gutted about but hey I still did a doodle based on the Eiffel tower!.

100- day 98

Today has been another long day in Paris,  we visited the Montparnasse tower where we got the see the whole view of the city and even the Eiffel tower, then we continued to the Musee d'Orsay where we seen lots of amazing paintings. Finally we visited the Sacre Coeur and headed back to the hostel, such a long day so I could barely draw, I did a quick one from memory.

100- day 97

First day in paris was hectic and tiring due to the 12 hour bus journey but still managed to do quick doodle based on the day.

100- day 96

Excited for paris now so this is a quick one I did, I had to do it fast and from memory because I still need to sort my things out for the trip tomorrow.
